Kära kunder,

Vi vill idag informera er om en nödvändig prisjustering. Under de senaste månaderna har vi, liksom många andra företag, stått inför betydande kostnadsökningar.

Särskilt elförbrukningen, påverkad av den så kallade effektavgiften, samt ökade livsmedelskostnader har markant höjt våra utgifter. Trots stora ansträngningar för att mildra dessa utvecklingar, är det tyvärr inte längre möjligt för oss att bibehålla de tidigare priserna.

Vi beklagar verkligen denna utveckling och hoppas på er förståelse. Vi försäkrar er att vi även fortsättningsvis erbjuda er den vanliga kvaliteten och den bästa servicen.

Vi hoppas verkligen att inköps- och driftskostnaderna kommer att minska i framtiden, så att vi kan justera och sänka priserna igen när tiden är mogen.

A recent example: Some of you have mentioned that our pizza doughs feel a bit dry. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that someone – either Florian or Elisabeth (we won’t reveal who ;-) ) – accidentally used a little too much flour during production. The problem has now been resolved and our doughs are once again perfect and juicy. We appreciate your feedback, because that’s how we find the mistakes and can improve.

We are not pizza gods, but we know that you learn from your mistakes! So don't hesitate to give us your feedback, and we will progress towards even better pizza specialties.

With us, it's all about the dough! Our long-standing
experience can be tasted in every bite of Elli's pizza dough. With its uniquely fine
taste and crunchy-crunchy edge is the result of many years of
commitment and perfection.

Our secret? We prepare the dough
fresh according to a strictly secret recipe. We only use fresh yeast
and the best Swedish flour. And then we give the dough extra time
to ferment, so that the full Elli's flavor can develop.

Our Meat

Meat and sausages are not just ingredients for us – they are the show’s
stars! Freshness and quality are our top priorities. Whether it's
are juicy beef strips, spicy beef or tender
chicken breast fillets – all these delicacies are prepared according to special
recipes developed for us. Only the best ingredients, such as
high-quality beef, finest minced beef and tender chicken breast fillets,
finds its way into our recipes.
